Back to Blogging AND a great recipe

It's been a while.
Months.
But, losing our Papa - el Jefe -
was hard on the whole La Esperanza Family.
It's been an adjustment to say the least.

But, we're  breathing fresh air into
La Esperanza Baking Company
With the lungs of the next generation.

So, how about we start off with a delicious
Summer time recipe!

Crock Pot Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Using the crock pot ensures the house stays cool!

Ingredients:

Boneless Pork Loin
1 Sweet Onion - sliced into strips
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup Brown Sugar
3 tbs White Vinegar
1/4 cup Honey
1/2 cup Mollasses

La Esperanza Kaiser Rolls

Directions:

Put first seven ingredients in the crock pot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours until the meat falls apart.

Shred the meat using two forks.
Pile onto split rolls -

make sure so spoon some of that
delicious sauce on too!

Offering shredded lettuce, cheese, pickles or
just about any toppings is always a welcome bonus!

Enjoy!
