What's For Dinner Tonight?

Fresh and flavorful BRUSCHETTA served on thinly sliced and toasty
  La Esperanza French Bread!


Found in bodega and supermarket shelves through out the area, look for the signature white sleeve with red lettering:

 Ready for a colorful explosion of flavor?



Bruschetta is a delicious tomato salad served on crusty sliced bread. 
 Bursting with flavor, it's a Rodsan family favorite!


Ingredients:


12 medium sized, ripe tomatoes
2-3 cloves garlic
1 shallot
1 Bunch of fresh Basil
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
Olive Oil


La Esperanza's French Bread


Directions:


Slice French Bread thinly on the cross grain:



Toast at 450° until golden:

Chop tomatoes and place in large bowl:


Finely mince garlic, shallots and basil.  Stir into tomatoes:


Toss with freshly, squeezed lemon juice and several tablespoons of olive oil:


Scoop tomato salad onto French Bread slices.  
Serve and ENJOY !




What ever you decide to have for dinner on this First Friday of March, bread is must have!  Whether served warm with butter or used as the base for some fabulous Bruchetta,  make sure you add a crusty loaf of  La Esperanza bread to the menu.
